I have an amazing experience every time I visit the Hobart clinic. The reception staff are so helpful with all my queries going above and beyond to ensure I have all the relevant information in preparation for my appointments and their product knowledge is exceptional. The staff at the clinic always make me feel welcome, nothing is ever a hassle. The treatments I have received always exceed my expectations and boost my confidence. I found an independent injecting doctor in Hobart that I was happy with after moving from Sydney, but only for fillers (not the price - this was standard, but the result)… The anti-wrinkle product she was using wore off really quickly though, like within a few weeks (it wasn’t Botox or Dysport, I can’t recall the name but I’m pretty sure it was made by that company Teoxane), and surprisingly a majority of the injecting places in the area seemed to only have this same product. Upon recommendation from a friend I then began going to Sanctum, which have Botox and Dysport however it was really expensive (perhaps expensive due to all the expensive artwork in there) however since I was there for injectables paying such an excessive price was not sustainable, a full face of Botox was costing me around $1000 each time which is just way too much when you’re going every 2-3 months, and so much more expensive than everywhere else for nothing extraordinary. It was also really hard to get an appointment - like 4 week wait times and when you need a top up this is too long. I then tried Silk as I noticed that they did injectables and they had an appointment when I needed one. Everything about this place is beyond all the other places in Hobart. The Botox and Dysport last ages and are more competitively priced than anywhere else I’ve been. Nurse Laura also seems to never bruise me when I usually bruise badly. She is a master at lips (non-trout lips, which is hard to find) and cheeks, and she also did an amazing job on my nasolabial filler (one I wouldn’t have thought to get but was told I should and it took years off my face instantly - I highly recommend this for anyone in or over their 30’s) but the reason I would give Laura a 6 star review if I could is for recommending that I get jaw filler because of my narrow face. I took her advice after being really happy with her work and ladies, let me tell you…. THIS IS THE ONE TO GET. I walked in with a narrow face and walked out looking like Jodie Foster. It literally transformed my face. Silk always fit me in the week I need an appointment, the price I pay ends up being noticeably less than elsewhere, the results are always flawless and all the ladies are so friendly in there. The laser is top notch too. I would never go anywhere else! Thank you Silk, I’m a customer for life!

I went for a consultation for face laser and the consultant used shady business tactics and advised me to take 3 sessions and offer me a package and I brought the pre-paid package. After taking the 2 sessions I asked for 3rd one and they confirmed me that one session is still pending in the package. when i arrived the and received the services It is really surprising me, when I got charged for the treatment. When I mention that I purchased the 3 sessions package and 1 session is still pending in my package then they rudely replied ‘’Now our prices has been changed and in that amount of your package we can’t give you 3rd session’’. Made me upset the fact she didn’t mention from the beginning when I book the appointment. They should be more honest with their clients. I will never go here again and I will never recommend them to anyone. The manager that was on staff the service was really rude and clearly didnt have any interest in customer service or fixing their mistake. Disgusting staff. Keep on changing the statements. Try to disrespect and pass disgusting comments. Do not feel like go to this store ever.
